The distinguished learned Members of the Eastern Bar Forum under the pragmatic leadership of His Excellency, the Governor of the EBF, Soseipriye LongWilliams, Esq., heartily felicitate with our esteemed learned Muslim Colleagues as they celebrate the Eid al-Adha to honour the willingness and submission of the Prophet to the wish of Allah to sacrifice his Son.
This celebration therefore behoves on us to make sacrifices for the upliftment of our dear country, Nigeria and firmly establish it on the sound tenets of democracy, respect for rule of law and respect for the fundamental rights of Nigerians.
May we, in the light of Eid al-Adha, commit to sustainable ways of ensuring peace, harmony and building this great nation.
