Adeogun Funmilola Oluwatosin Lectures on Financial Investment Titled ‘The Three Servants’ (Part 2)

Funmi Adeogun, Esq.

Like the three servants, we do not have gifts of the same degree, the reason different talents were given to them.

Remember in Part 1,
A servant received 5 talents
The 2nd servant received 2 talents
The 3rd servant received 1 talent

The gifts we have  include skills, abilities, family connections, social positions, education, experiences, and more. The point of the parable is that we are to use whatever we have been given to serve humanity.

The return expected of us is commensurate with the gifts we have been given. The servant who received one talent was not condemned for failing to reach the five-talent goal; he was condemned because he did nothing with what he was given.

Lesson: Don’t give your talent to someone that will do nothing with it.
