
Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Benin Branch, Ede Asenoguan extends his hearty congratulations to all members of the newly elected national executive committee of the Christian Lawyers Fellowship Of Nigeria (CLASFON).
In a congratulatory message on Sunday, Mr. Asenoguan, felicitated the newly elected national executive committee members led by Prof. John Oluwole Akintayo as the President and all members of CLASFON on an outstanding national conference held in Onitsha.
“CLASFON is known to diligently pursue the path of truth, justice, honour, and integrity in the legal profession and the larger society,” he said.
“The Association has been consistent in inspiring, encouraging, and equipping Christian lawyers, both individually and in community, to proclaim, love, and serve God through the practice of law, through the provision of legal assistance to the poor and needy, and through the defense of the inalienable human rights and religious freedom.
“This year’s annual national Conference turned out to be a productive one as anticipated.
“It’s my earnest desire that CLASFON will continue to provide for the exchange of information and experience relating to the practical problems of the Christian Lawyer and the application of the principles of the Christian faith to the current legal and social problems through; Publication and Organizing fellowship meetings, national and regional conferences, lectures and other suitable activities.”
