Chiief Judge of Delta State , His Lordship, Honourable Justice Marshal Umukoro, has declared Thursday, August 1 to Friday, 27th of September, 2019, as annual vacation for High Court of Justice in the State.
The notice issued of the general public, particularly Deltans and stakeholders in the administration of justice, states that the 2019/2020 Legal Year will commence on Monday, September 30, 2019.
“Accordingly, the Chief Judge has designated three Honourable Justices to sit as vacation Judges in the three Senatorial Districts as follows:
•Delta North Senatorial District: Hon. Justice Excel G. Timi shall sit as vacation Judge at High Court of Justice No. 5, Asaba.
•Delta South Senatorial District: Hon. Justice B.O Ideh ( Mrs. ) shall sit at High Court No.4, Warri.
•Senatorial District: Hon. Justice J. A. Edun shall sit at the High Court of Justice No. 4, Effurun.
The Nigerian Bar Association, litigants and members of the general public are advised to take note” The notice advised.
