Lawyers in Delta State have sent a thank you message to Madam Stella Okotete, Executive Director of NEXIM BANK for hosting all lawyers from Delta State who attended the just concluded Nigerian Bar Association Annual Conference at her Abuja residence.
The Chairman of The Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Chairmen of Delta State and the Chairman of the NBA Udu Branch, Prince Kingsley Asagba while addressing the press stated that Madam Stella Okotete surprised the lawyers from Delta state that attended the NBA Conference with a lavish hosting as well as a disposition and friendliness that was uncommon of such a personality.
He went further to state that he was however not personally surprised as he has known the Delta born politician as not only a calm, decent and friendly personality but also a philanthropist who has touched several lives not only in Delta State but in the entire Niger Delta. He noted how she had single handedly paid electricity bill for her community, Ekreravwe in Ughelli North L.G.A. of Delta State for several years running and also paid the law school fees for several indigent law students not to talk of her numerous support to the NBA Branches in Delta State.
The Chairman of the Forum of NBA Chairman of Delta State went further to pray for this illustrious daughter of Niger Delta and Nigeria in general that God will continue to bless Madam Stella Okotete and grant her heart desires.
