I use this medium to congratulate the leadership and members of the Port-Harcourt Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association on the successful completion of their 2021 Law Week.
The theme for the law week – “Lawyers: Awakening Potentials” is very unique and thought provoking in so many ways. It is a call to action and a call to self introspect.
It is a call to awakening the many untapped potentials that lay within every lawyer and within the legal profession. It is a call to taking up and tapping the so many untapped areas of law practice. It is also a call to our learned seniors to tap into the untapped potentials that lay within every young lawyer out there.
These and many more are facts that make the theme very unique in its own right. Thus,I commend the Port-Harcourt Branch of the bar for choosing this theme and I know its impact on the life of the branch will be felt in the days, months and years ahead.
Once again, I felicitate and congratulate the Chairman, members of the Executive Committee of the Branch and other members for choosing, accepting the theme and making this year’s 2021 Port-Harcourt Law Week a reality and a success.
