Former Welfare Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Adesina Adegbite has advised members of the NBA-YLF Owerri Branch to aim high and imbibe a broad range of high achievements, innovation, vision because they are the future of leaders of the legal community.
In his goodwill message to the Forum on its 2022 Summit, Mr Adesina said:
I salute the YLF Chairman, all other officers and the entire members of YLF NBA Owerri Branch on the well thought-out YLF Summit with the theme: Yesterday, Today and the Future of Legal Profession in Nigeria, which began on Thursday 17th and will be brought to a close today 19th March, 2022, with an Award Night and Dinner. Reports have it that the Summit has been very successful so far.
I am particularly pleased with the quality of resource persons assembled to share knowledge in the course of the Summit. This is an indication that young lawyers are now ready to take the Lead by embarking on capacity development in preparation for their future in the Legal Profession.
I congratulate the YLF leadership and all young lawyers practicing under the auspices of NBA Owerri Branch on the success of the Three Days Summit, even as I look forward to a very colourful and impressive Award Night and Dinner tonight.
You are the future of the Legal Profession in Nigeria, please dream big, learn and imbibe the best tradition of the Bar and own the Future.
