Court of Appeal: Submissions must be in tandem with facts
The Court of Appeal sitting in Sokoto has dismissed the appeal challenging the judgment of the lower court which upheld the primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Zamfara State.
The judgement was delivered on Wednesday.
The Court also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to include the candidates of the APC in the forthcoming general elections.
