The IP Institute Nigeria in partnership with the Federal High Court ADR Center invites participants to register for the ‘Chartered Intellectual Property Mediation Program’ 30th-31st March, 2022.
Intellectual Property Mediation is a fast-growing and increasingly attractive option for parties in Nigeria, who place a premium on cost effectiveness, speed, confidentiality, as well as the preservation and enhancement of existing relationships.
The course is for Legal Practitioners, Entertainment Industry Practitioners and Creators who wish to specialize in IP Dispute Resolution and acquire practical skills and an in-depth understanding of IP disputes in a variety of situations including local and international transactions as well as entertainment and technology disputes. The program will also introduce participants to the WIPO Mediation process. Participants are qualified to join the IP Institute’s Panel of Neutrals.
