
The Chief Judge of the Federal High Coury, Hon. Justice John T. Tsoho, OFR has presented a shortlist of eligible lawyers from 15 States who applied to the federal court’s bench.
‘This is sequel to the process for the appointment of Judges to the Federal High Court Bench, earlier circulated in my letters dated 20th December 2021 and 7th February, 2022,” the Chief Judge said.
“Consequent upon the completion of the preliminary Computer Based Test (CBT) organized internally by the Court on Tuesday 8th November, 2022 in respect of the appointment exercise, Your Lordships will find attached a list of successful candidates, based on their performance. The attached list contains the addresses of the shortlisted candidates from the fifteen (15) States earlier specified, for consideration and if found fit, for appointment as Judges of the Federal High Court.
Your Lordships are hereby enjoined to indicate your objections, if any, to the appointment of any candidate within ten (10) days of this circular letter.
Please treat as urgent.” Justice Tsoho requested.
