Maikyau, SAN Constitutes NBA Law Journal Committee, Editorial Board

The President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau SAN has constituted a journal committee (NBA Journal Committee) and an editorial board subject to ratification by the National Executive Council.

“The NBA Journal Committee shall work under the direction of the Editorial Board, for the publication of the NBA Journal as required by the Constitution,” Mr Maikyau, SAN explained in a release dated March 14, 2023.

“This Board, which is set up pursuant to Section 15 of the Constitution of the NBA, 2015 (as amended),” Maikyau, SAN said, “shall have the power to publish the NBA Law Journals on behalf of the Association, in line with our aims and objectives set out in Section 3 of the Constitution.”

Members of the Journal Committee as Constituted are:
