The Magistrates’ Association of Nigeria. MAN, Nasarawa branch deeply commiserates with Justice James Abundaga of the Court of Appeal over the death of his beloved son, Lieutenant Akolo James.
Lieutenant James passed on after a ghastly motor accident at Garaku on his way to Lafia.
The condolence statement by MAN Nasarawa Chairman, Abdullahi Hassan Shams Shama, reads:

With deep sorrow we console with the family of Hon. Justice James Abundaga (JCA) over the demise of their son, our brother, friend and colleague Lt. Akolo James.
”Indeed it is a great loss not only to the family and Nasarawa state, but to the entire nation.
A bright young, intelligent officer of the Nigerian Army.
”May God in his infinite Mercy Grant him eternal rest. And to the family God will grant you the fortitude to bear this monumental lost.
Rest in peace, Akolo.”
