The Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Ijebu Ode Branch, Moruff O. Balogun has congratulated Dr. Rapulu Ernest Nduka on his election as the National Publicity Secretary.
“I want to personally congratulate my own brother, friend and senior learned colleague, Dr. Rapulu Ernest Nduka on his election as the National Publicity Secretary-Elect of the noble bar.
“Obviously, the bar has decided rightly by putting a square peg in a square hole,and I have no doubt in the abilities of Dr. Rapulu considering his wealth of knowledge and experience in discharging the functions of his office, competently and diligently.
“On a last note, I urge Dr. Rapulu to be mindful of all the reformatory ideas as encapsulated in his manifestos during the electioneering campaign.
