The first male Katsina State Indigene to be conferred with the award of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Abdul Muhammad Rafindadi is sponsoring quiz, debate and essay competitions for secondary schools students across Katsina State. This is part of his efforts to encourage indigenous students to study law.
To achieve this goal, Mr. Rafindadi SAN engaged the services of a non-governmental organisation, Katsina Innovative Thinkers Initiative to organise the competitions. The NGO has a track record of excellent contributions to the state’s development.
The main aim of the competition is to inculcate in the students the reading culture, and to help them develop their writing, language and communication skills that are the basic foundation for students who aspire to practice law as their future career. The competition is for Art students in SS1 and SS2. The participants must be Katsina State Indigenes attending public schools.
