Kullu Nafsin Zaa’ikatul Maut, Allahu Akbar, deep condolence from the core of my heart. We all belong to Allah. Allah has taken away what he owns, we cannot defy the destiny He has in store for Justice Husseini Mukhtar because though we love him Allah his creator loves him more.
May the Almighty Allah expand his grave and give him eternal peace. Allah is always merciful towards good people who believe in him. My deepest sympathies go out to all members of the Body of Benchers, the Court of Appeal, his family, Katagum Emirate, Bauchi State and Nigeria.
Justice Husseini Mukhtar has carved his name on hearts, not tombstones. His legacy of hardwork, discipline, wisdom, generosity, humility, simplicity, and fear of God is etched into the minds of others and the stories they share about him
A good person will always be in memory, A better person will always be in a dream. But the best person like Justice Husseini Mukhtar, will always be in the heart.
It is our prayer that Allah will comfort us and your whole family during this sad time and may the light of His presence be a continual source of consolation. May the love of Allah enfold his family during this difficult time and help them to heal with the passage of time.
May Allah grant him Aljannatul Firdausi, amin summa amin.
