The Nigerian Bar Association requires competent and experienced assistants to assist the Secretary in managing the secretariat effectively.
I was secretary of NBA Yola branch from 2014 to 2016.
I also served as a member of the welfare committee at the national level from 2017 till date.
My competency was tested in both tasks. I not only do well— but credibly well.
I have also served my branch as a matter of various committees.
These experiences have prepared me well for the task ahead.
I assure you that, If elected, I will manage the office of the 2nd assistant Secretary properly and effectively for the sustainable
development of our Association.
I will assist Secretary of the Bar to uplift our great Association to take its rightful place of honour in the commity of professional
bodies in Nigeria and provide exemplary leadership among the bar associations in the world.
Finally, I assure our colleagues that I am conscious of the task ahead and demands of the office for which i run. I will jealously protect your mandate and serve you diligently.
As the 2nd assistant Secretary, I intend to be part of a responsive secretariat that will serve both the public and private bar — without any form of disconnection or bias.
Together we can make a difference.
