It was a congenial atmosphere as Lagos based Lawyer and Partner at Templars, a vintage Lagos law firm held an informal meeting with Benin based lawyers at the NBA Benin Bar House.
The Chairman of the Lion Bar, Prince Collins Benson Ogiegbaen AICMC , welcomed Olumide Akpata Esq., to his Home, the NBA Benin Bar House, stating that the Benin Bar has followed his steady but meteoric rise in the Legal Profession.
The Lion Bar Chairman expressed pride in the critical role played by Olumide Akpata in the Edo State Investment Summit, tagged “Alaghadaro Summit”, where he moderated the main Session of the Summit on Tuesday the 12th of November, 2019.
Akpata Esq., and Lawyers present exchanged ideas on the many vistas of legal practice and issues at the Bar in a matter of fact way. Lawyers present poured encomiums on Olumide Akpata Esq., recalling among other things his revolutionary strides while he was the immediate past Chairman of the Section on Business Law.
There were serious issues discussed interjected with comic banters which on the whole made the evening one of fun and eye-opening home truths about the Bar.
