The Enugu State Lawyers Forum, Abuja has Inaugurated a new executive committee to direct its affairs in the next two years.
The elections were held on Friday, September 24th, 2021, at the Tickels Garden, Abuja.
The new executive committee members are as follows:
- Juliet Ekene Okoye – Chairman
- Ishienyi Chidi – Vice Chairman
- Aleke. B.O.- Secretary
- Emeka Silas Agbara – Assistant Secretary
- Chinedu Nnadi – Treasurer
- Animba Kelechi – Welfare
- Ezeora Stella – Provost
- Nnawike Obah – Financial Secretary
- Amadi Joseph – Publicity Secretary
Hon. Mike Anibueze, Esq. chaired the electoral committee that successfully conducted the elections.
The new executive officers pledged to uphold the Forum’s constitution, rules and regulations.
The immediate past Chairman, Rtd Captain Peter Ozoagu, Esq. expressed appreciation to each and every member for giving him and other outgoing executive officers the opportunity to serve the Forum.
Present at the event were, former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch who is also the current Secretary of NBA-SPIDEL, Dr. Princess Chukwu Ani; former Publicity Secretary of NBA Abuja Branch, Chief Dan Nwobodo; aide to the Governor of Enugu State, Ifesi Nwodo, Esq; former NBA Abuja(Unity Bar) Provost Chidi Udekwe and other stakeholders.
