The Chief Judge, of Lagos State, Honourable Justice Kazeem O. Alogba has directed all High Courts and Magistrate courts in Lagos State to resume fully on Monday the 28th September, 2020.
Justice Alogba gave this directive on Tuesday during the Lagos State Judiciary 2020/2021 Legal Year Summit held virtually.
The court staff ensure full compliance with health protocols.
Hand sanitizers will be provided while courtrooms and surroundings will be disinfected prior to the full resumption.
Cases will be called as scheduled and registers to be opened at every court.
Face mask/shield will be enforced within the court and court premises.
The Chief Judge also stated that further directives shall be released before the resumption date.
